Cancellation Policy
Sound Bath Session Policy 1. Booking & Rescheduling: -Bookings for sound bath sessions must be made in advance. -Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. -If rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the session, no refund or alternative date will be provided. 2. Cancellations: -Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in no refund. -In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. 3. Session Validity: -All purchased sessions must be used within the designated time period. For packages of 4 sessions, all sessions must be redeemed within 4 months from the date of the first session. -Sessions not used within the specified time period will be forfeited. 4. Health and Safety: -It is important that you inform us in advance if you have any health concerns or conditions that might affect your ability to fully enjoy the session. -We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs for their own safety and the safety of others. 5. Contraindications: -Sound baths may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, sound-induced migraines, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. -If you have a pacemaker or other medical implants, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. 6. Refund Policy: -No refunds will be issued for sessions once booked, except in extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. 7. Late Arrival: -Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a relaxed and timely experience. -To avoid disruption for the group, doors will be closed at the start of the session. Late arrivals will not be able to attend, and no refund will be issued. 8. Age Restrictions: -Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend. If under 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session. 9. Conduct Expectations -Please maintain a quiet, respectful environment throughout the session to allow everyone to fully experience the benefits of the sound bath. Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the session. 10. Changes to the Policy: -We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or at the time of booking.
